Keeping our children, families, and staff safe is paramount during this time of CoVid pandemic. We at Little Canaan put in place our CoVid 19 response to ensure our community is protected and spread of corona virus is prevented. This allows us to continue serving our families by providing a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment while keeping everyone healthy and safe.
When a member of our school community is tested positive or exposed to someone with CoVid 19 and its variants, Little Canaan will follow the CDPH and CDC guidelines for quarantine and isolation. The affected cohort may have to close temporarily, get each of the students and families tested for CoVid 19, and follow the quarantine and isolation process. Returning to school after isolation requires negative CoVid test and/or clearance from the child's primary doctor.
